How to add personalisation to your greeting card
- Augmented Reality Cards – you can upload your own video, photo or sound recording to add to the digital content of your AR Card. An upload link will be available at checkout for you to add your file. Please tick the relevant box on the personalisation area of the product page. You can usually add a printed message to your card on the front and inside. Just fill in the personalisation form with the wording you require. If you are unsure about anything, please do contact us.
- 3D Cards – you can personalise the front and inside of these cards with a printed text message.
- Handmade Cards – these cards are crafted by hand for a totally unique greeting card. They can mostly be personalised both on the front and inside. Please check each product page for details.
What if I have made a mistake with personalisation?
- Firstly, please ensure you double check any personalisation request.
- If you realise after checkout, please contact us immediately to notify us of any changes you require.
- Please note that if your card has already been dispatched, we will be unable to change anything that has been printed. However, if you require changes to AR Greeting Card digital content (such as video, photo or sound clip) we may be able to help! Just let us know straight away and we can make changes.
- If we are at fault, of course we will do everything to put things right. We offer a 100% guarantee – you will receive a replacement item or your money back.
HOW DO I USE 'AUGMENTED REALITY'?
All of our Augmented Reality (AR) products are easy to use – you can either download the FREE Zappar App or go straight to Web AR app in your browser. Simply open your device camera and scan the QR card on the back of the product. This will open the Web AR app in your browser. Then focus the camera on the front of the design image. Your AR digital content will now play.
HOW DO I USE '3D EFFECT'?
HOW DO I 'SEND DIRECT'?
You have the option to send your greeting card directly to the recipient – just tick the box on the product page and ensure you have the recipient’s correct delivery address at checkout.
HOW DO I USE 'HANDWRITTEN MESSAGE SERVICE'?
If you would like your greeting card to have a handwritten message as an alternative to printed, just tick the box on the product page and type your message in the personalisation option box.
WHAT IF DON'T RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
We aim to dispatch all Greeting Card orders within 24 hours, and same day if your order is placed before 12 Noon (GMT). For UK orders you should receive your card within 1-2 working days. International orders will take longer. Please contact us if you do not receive your order in the allocated time. We will do everything we can to trace your order and put things right. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. If your greeting card order is still not received, after ten days we can offer a refund or replacement item. 99% of all orders are received in time, but occasionally some do go missing. Don’t worry, just let us know and we will put things right!
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We have a secure payment system in place and you can pay securely by Credit or Debit Card. You also have the option to use Apple Pay at checkout. We do not hold any of your card details, all payments are processed with a high level of security through Stripe.
